At Alchemy Nail & Body Co., all products are carefully crafted and packaged with intention. Due to the nature of our items, we do not offer refunds.
We offer store credit only for eligible issues.
Damaged Items
Because many of our products are packaged in glass, we take extra care when shipping. If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was not delivered, we will replace your order.
If your package is marked as delivered, Alchemy Nail & Body Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
General Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened products. All sales are final unless an issue is reported within the timeframe listed above.
